New York Unemployment 1099-G Forms Not Available to Print for 2023 Tax Year
I keep trying to get my 1099-G from ny unemployment website but cant find it anywere in my account. i need it for my taxes and im worried because i got benefits in 2023. The website is so confusing. Anyone else having this issue or know how to get it?

Same here! Been checking everyday since January 1st and nothing shows up. The website just shows my old 1099s from previous years 🤔

Hey guys I found a way to actually talk to someone about this! Used claimyr.com to get through to an agent. It costs $20 but totally worth it cause I was going crazy trying to get answers. By law they have to mail them out by January 31st. If you don't get it by February 15th you should request a duplicate. Last year mine came in the mail around Jan 28th.

Quick tip: When they do become available, you'll find them under 'Payment History' then look for '1099-G Information' at the bottom. Bookmark that page now so ur ready

My tax guy said we can file without it and just amend later if the numbers are different. But obvs better to wait if u can
