NYSDOL call dropped while finishing claim - What to do next?

Ugh, that sucks! I've been there before. The NYSDOL phone system is a nightmare. Have you tried calling back? Sometimes you can get lucky and get through to someone quickly.

Have you tried using their online portal? Sometimes you can finish claims there without having to call.

This is why the system is broken. We shouldnt have to jump through hoops just to get our benefits. Its ridiculous!

Have you checked if theres any updates to the NYSDOL system? Sometimes they do maintenance that messes things up.

I'm in the same boat. Been trying to finish my claim for weeks now. This system is a joke.
