NYDOL won't update info, NJ can't process claim - 5 weeks no payment. Help!

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

Oof, interstate claims are rough. Hang in there, OP! 💪 It took me about 7 weeks to get mine sorted between CA and OR. Just keep bugging them and document EVERYTHING.

Hey OP, when you do get through to someone, make sure to get their name and a reference number for the call. It'll save you a lot of headache if you need to follow up later.
