NYDOL closed? Can't get through about monetary determination issue. Help!

Welcome to the club, buddy. We're all in the same boat here. 🚣‍♂️ The NYDOL phone system is a total nightmare. I've been trying for weeks to get through. It's like they're purposely making it impossible to talk to anyone.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

Have you tried calling right when they open? I've had luck getting through if I start dialing at 7:59 AM and keep redialing until I get in the queue.

have u tried faxing them? I know it sounds old school but I got a response within a week after I faxed my documents
