Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. This is why the system is so messed up! People get injured at work and then have to wait months with no income while bureaucrats shuffle papers. There should be emergency assistance for situations like this.
Totally agree. I know someone who lost their apartment waiting for workers comp to kick in. The delays are ridiculous.

basically when u apply they check if u qualify then send u money every week if u do the weekly thing online its not that complicated

Ugh the whole system is so stressful! I keep getting paranoid that I'm doing something wrong with my job search log. The WHOLE SYSTEM is a mess right now! I've been waiting 8 days for a pending payment and when I finally got through to someone they said there's no issue with my claim but couldn't explain the delay. So frustrating when you're depending on these payments!

mine usually takes 2-3 days max so 4 days does seem long. maybe try calling tomorrow morning right when they open?
