Will IRS transcript show if refund has offset or will it just not arrive on DDD?
My transcript shows a deposit date of the 12th but I'm worried about potential offsets. Will the transcript actually show if there's an offset or will I just find out when the money doesn't show up in my account? Starting to get anxious about this.

Yes, your transcript will show if there's an offset. Look for Transaction Code 898 which indicates an offset. The amount next to it will be what's being taken. If you don't see this code, you should receive your full refund amount on your DDD.

Pro tip: If u have student loans check studentaid.gov too. Sometimes offset info shows up there b4 IRS transcript
