What does 'As Of' date mean on IRS transcript - will I get my refund on that date?
I keep checking my transcript and the as of date keeps changing. Currently showing March 18th. Does this mean thats when I'll get my refund? Been waiting since January and getting desperate here.

The 'as of' date on your transcript is NOT your refund date. It's simply the date through which all transactions and accrued interest/penalties are calculated. This date can and often does change without any real meaning for your refund timeline. Your actual refund date will be shown in the 846 code when it appears on your transcript.
