TurboTax Advance with closed Credit Karma account - Can I reopen for refund advance?
Need help with refund advance through TurboTax but my Credit Karma account is closed since 2021. Been trying to contact support for hours with no luck. Anyone know if I can reopen the account or if I need a new one? Really need that advance asap.

Tax professional here - You'll need to create a new Credit Karma Money account. Old closed accounts can't be reopened due to federal banking regulations. The good news is that setting up a new account only takes about 5 minutes.

•New accounts are eligible right away as long as you meet the other requirements (income verification, etc). Just make sure to complete the ID verification step 👍
