Transcript Updated with 11/22 DDD - $10,368 Refund After 8 Month Wait on Amended Return

Just checked my transcripts this morning and saw they finally updated after 8 months of waiting. Shows processing complete with a DDD. Anyone know how long it typically takes to get the money in my account from here? I filed an amended return back in May and have been waiting forever. I'm guessing that's my DDD (direct deposit date), but I'm not sure how long it actually takes for the money to hit my account from that date. I've been dealing with amended returns, freezes, and adjustments since April, and I'm just ready for this to be over. Does the "846 Refund issued" mean it's already been sent to my bank? And does anyone know if the interest payment comes separately or together with the refund?
