Accepted 01/21/25: No Transcript Updates After 2 Weeks for $5,317 Refund - Stuck in "Return Received" Limbo

Filed my taxes on January 23rd and got accepted on January 21, 2025 right away but my transcript hasn't updated at all. No codes no nothing just says return received. Called IRS twice and got hung up on both times after waiting 2 hours. I'm supposed to get a refund of $5,417 and I'm getting really anxious about it. My TurboTax or whatever tax software I'm using shows: 2024 tax return $5,417 refund $5,417 Submitted 01/17/25 Accepted 01/21/2025 IRS Refund est. 02/11/25 FEDERAL ACCEPTED $5,417 It says "You can start tracking your refund after we notify you that your federal return has been accepted" but it was accepted two weeks ago! I've tried using the "Where's my refund?" tool but it doesn't show any progress beyond acceptance. The IRS website still shows nothing but "Return Received" when I check my transcript. No codes, no processing date, nothing. Just sitting in acceptance limbo with no movement. Has anyone else filed around the same time and still waiting with zero transcript updates? I'm getting really worried because I was counting on that $5,417 refund. Is there another number I can call where they won't hang up on me after making me wait 2 hours?
