Need help rescheduling appointment and changing callback number - any tips?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to reschedule an appointment and I'm having some trouble. I need to change the phone number for the callback, but I'm not sure how to do it. Has anyone dealt with this before? Any tips on how to handle rescheduling efficiently?

I found a way to solve rescheduling and updating contact info, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDzUsH9bOUE

Ugh, rescheduling appointments can be such a pain! I've been there before. Have you tried calling their main line and asking to speak with someone in scheduling? Sometimes they can help you out faster than going through the regular channels.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll give that a try. Do you know if there's usually a long wait time when calling the main line?

In my experience, it can vary. Sometimes you get lucky and get through quickly, other times you might be waiting for a while. Maybe try calling during off-peak hours if you can?

Pro tip: call right when they open in the morning. Usually less busy then!

I found a method to get someone on the phone quickly. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's the link: https://www.claimyr.com

Sounds interesting, but kinda skeptical. Is it really worth $20? 🤔

For me it was! Saved hours of hold time. But I get it, might not be for everyone.

How does it actually work? Do you have to give them your phone number?

Yeah, you give them the number you want the call forwarded to. They handle all the waiting and menu navigation, then connect you when a real person answers.

Have you tried using their online portal? Sometimes you can reschedule appointments and update contact info there without having to call in.

Oof, rescheduling is the worst. 😫 I once spent 3 hours on hold just to change my appointment time. The system is so broken!

3 hours?! That's insane. There's gotta be a better way.

Here's what I've learned from rescheduling appointments multiple times: 1. Always have your account number or any relevant ID ready 2. Try to reschedule at least 24-48 hours in advance if possible 3. Be polite but firm with the staff - they're usually trying their best 4. If you can't get through on the phone, check for email or chat options 5. Keep a record of who you spoke to and when, just in case 6. If all else fails, sometimes showing up in person (if possible) can work wonders Hope this helps! Good luck with rescheduling.

Great tips! I'd add: always ask if there's a cancellation list you can be put on. Sometimes you can get an earlier slot that way.

Have you tried reaching out to them on social media? Sometimes companies are more responsive there because it's public.
