Missed EDD appointment between 1-3pm, no call. How to reach them now?

Has anyone else had their scheduled appointment missed? I had one set up for between 1-3pm today, but nobody ever called me. Now I'm trying to get ahold of someone but it's impossible. This is so frustrating! Any advice on what to do next?

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works.
