The 846 code specifically means ' issued' and the date shows when the will be sent to your bank (for direct deposit) or when they'll mail the check. Since that date has passed, you should have received it by now. 776 code is a credit. If you have an 846 dated with 8/19, that is a deposit. But since you haven’t seen anything as in direct deposit maybe is a being mailed to you? So I would give it another week!

I moved last month and changed my address so it was showing up as returned to IRS as “returned to IRS” and has a issued date of 9/12/22 so hoping this week.
How’d you know it was marked as undeliverable? If amended checks are being sent via mail are they trackable? First Class? It’s been Since 10/26/2022-Code 846 and still nothing….. Now 01/10/2023
