Mississippi State Tax Refund Delay 2025 - Anyone Received Theirs Yet?
Getting worried about my MS state refund. Filed in early February and still nothing. The tracker just says processing. Anyone else from Mississippi get theirs yet? Starting to feel like im the only one still waiting.

Filed mine February 15th and just got it yesterday! Took about 7 weeks total. Hang in there @Malik Robinson - based on when you filed, you should hopefully see yours soon. The MS refund tracker isn't super helpful but once it moves from "processing" to "approved" it usually comes within a few days after that.

I'm in the same boat as you @Malik Robinson - filed early February and still stuck on "processing" too. Seeing everyone's timelines here is actually really helpful though. Sounds like 7-8 weeks is pretty normal for MS this year, which puts us right around where we should be getting updates soon. The waiting is definitely nerve-wracking when you're counting on that money! At least we know we're not alone in this.

Filed mine February 3rd and just got my MS refund this morning! Took exactly 8 weeks. @Malik Robinson you should definitely be getting yours soon since you filed around the same time. The tracker updated to "approved" on Friday and the deposit hit my account today (Monday). Don't lose hope - it's coming! The wait is brutal but Mississippi is just super slow this year with all the fraud prevention stuff they're doing.

Just wanted to give everyone an update - filed mine February 6th and my MS refund finally hit my account this morning! Took exactly 8 weeks and 1 day. The tracker switched from "processing" to "approved" last Thursday and then deposited today. @Malik Robinson since you filed in early February you should definitely be seeing yours any day now! The wait is absolutely brutal but it does eventually come through. Hang in there everyone - Mississippi is just taking forever this year but they are working through them.
