IRS2Go App Error: Info Doesn't Match - Anyone Else Having This Issue?
Been trying to check my refund status on the IRS2Go app for the past few days but keep getting the 'information doesn't match' message. Filed electronically last week and wondering if this is happening because they haven't processed it yet or if I'm doing something wrong?

Tax pro here - that message usually means one of two things: either your return hasn't been fully processed into the system yet (takes 24-72 hrs typically) or theres a mismatch in how you're entering your info. Double check that you're entering the EXACT amount of your expected refund down to the penny.
