IRS Direct File Pilot Now Closed - Can't Access Transcripts After 3 Days of ID.me "System Unavailable" Errors

Been trying to verify my identity through ID.me for the past 3 days and keep getting a message saying 'system currently unavailable.' Starting to get really frustrated because I need to access my transcripts. Anyone else experiencing this or know what's going on? I'm specifically trying to use the IRS Direct File system, but when I go to www4.irs.gov I'm seeing a message that says "The Direct File pilot is now closed." There's a big notice right on the page saying "Still need to file your federal taxes? Find another way to file." I'm using my phone (shows 5G UC with 81% battery) and the official IRS.gov website is clearly displaying that the Direct File pilot program has ended. Has anyone else run into this issue? I've been trying multiple times for 3 days straight, thinking maybe it was just temporary maintenance, but now I'm wondering if the entire ID.me verification system is down because this Direct File program ended? I really need to access my tax transcripts and I'm completely stuck. Is there another way to verify my identity or should I just keep trying? This is incredibly frustrating as I have important financial matters that depend on me getting access to these transcripts.
