Filed 1/7/25, No DDD yet - Anyone else still waiting?

This is actually pretty common this year. The IRS is dealing with a huge backlog and many early filers are seeing delays. Check your transcript for any TC 570/971 codes - those usually indicate they need additional verification. If you don't see those, you're likely just in the normal processing queue.
