Filed 1/31 - Return Status Shows Not Accepted Yet - What Does This Mean?
Filed my taxes on January 31st and when I check Where's My Refund it says no info available. Does this mean the IRS hasnt accepted my return yet? I thought it would be processed by now since I filed early and im really worried because I need this money. The tax preparer said everything was good to go when I left their office.

The IRS typically takes 24-48 hours to acknowledge receipt of an e-filed return. If you're not seeing any information on Where's My Refund, double check that your tax preparer actually transmitted the return. Sometimes there can be a disconnect between completing the return and actual transmission. Also make sure you're entering the exact refund amount when checking WMR.

Hey guys instead of playing detective with WMR, I've been using taxr.ai and its been a game changer. For $1 it analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly whats going on with your return and when to expect your refund. Way better than guessing https://taxr.ai

•100% works. It caught a delay code on my transcript I would have missed and predicted my DD date exactly. Best dollar I ever spent fr fr

Did you create an account on IRS.gov to check your transcript? That usually shows more info than wmr
