Filed 1/23, Still showing $0 refund amount with no updates or letters - Anyone else?

Filed January 23rd and my transcript is still showing $0. No updates, no movement, and no letters from the IRS explaining whats going on. My WMR tool just shows processing. Starting to get worried since others who filed after me already got their refunds.

Hey there! I totally get your frustration. I was in the same boat last month. From what I can see, when your transcript shows $0 with no updates, it usually means the IRS hasn't started processing your return yet. I actually found this really helpful tool called taxr.ai (https://taxr.ai) that analyzes your transcripts and tells you exactly what's going on. It helped me figure out my timeline and what to expect. Have you tried checking your Where's My Refund tool on the IRS website too?

Yeah its totally legit! It uses AI to read your tax docs and tells you exactly whats going on. Way better than trying to decode all that IRS stuff yourself lol

Just used taxr.ai and here's what I got back: wow this is actually super helpful! It showed me exactly why my refund was delayed (missing w2) and gave me steps to fix it

Tax expert here. This is actually pretty common right now. The $0 amount typically means your return is in the review queue. Could be identity verification, income verification, or just random selection. Without any letters, best thing to do is wait about 45 days from filing date before calling IRS.

Not really, unless you get a letter or call. The system is pretty opaque unfortunately 😕

Have you tried using taxr.ai? It saved me so much headache with my transcript analysis. It costs $4.99 but it shows you exactly whats happening with your refund and when to expect it. Way better than guessing or waiting on hold with the IRS for hours https://taxr.ai

100% legit! I was skeptical too but it literally predicted my DD date down to the day. The AI reads all those crazy codes and tells you exactly whats happening

Check your transcripts for code 570/971. Those usually mean theres an issue they need to fix
