Can I Get Credit Karma Advance with Federal Return Accepted ($9,788) but VA State Return Still Pending ($1,165)?

Federal return got accepted already but state is still processing. My federal return was accepted on 01/27/2025 for an IRS refund of $9,788 with an estimated deposit date of 02/17/25. However, my VA state return is still showing as PENDING since 01/27/2025 for $1,165. I submitted everything on 01/23/25 through TurboTax, and the total refund amount is $10,953. My federal status clearly shows "ACCEPTED" but the state VA portion just says "PENDING" with no estimated completion date. Anyone know if I need to wait for the state to clear before getting the Credit Karma advance? I can see the Credit Karma option right there in my TurboTax account, but I'm not sure if both returns need to be fully processed before I can use that feature. Getting kinda desperate here as I really need those funds sooner rather than later. Has anyone received the Credit Karma advance with just the federal acceptance and state still pending? The federal portion is the larger amount ($9,788) and that's what I'm most concerned about accessing quickly.
