Tax pro here. Virginia's processing times are running behind schedule this year due to new identity verification measures. Most returns are taking 4-6 weeks minimum to process. As long as you have your confirmation number from TurboTax, you should be fine.

Called VA tax dept yesterday and they said their systems are backed up. The lady told me theyre prioritizing returns filed before Feb 1st rn

Protip: Check your VA tax account online instead of TurboTax status. Sometimes TT is slow to update the state status
