If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

MA Tax Notice Claims $6,423 Unreported Unemployment & $1,000 Lottery Income for 2024 Tax Return - How to Dispute Incorrect Information?

I just received a Notice of Change in Tax Return from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, signed by Commissioner Geoffrey E. Snyder, regarding my 2024 Personal Income Tax Return. The notice has "THIS IS NOT A BILL" printed at the top. According to the notice, they've adjusted my Personal Income Tax Return for the tax period December 31, 2024. They claim they're required to issue this notice to let me know about adjustments made during their review process. The Department of Revenue is saying they adjusted my return and found unreported income with the following "Line Item Adjustments" in the "adjusted amount" column: - 8a. Unemployment compensation: $6,423.00 - 8b. Massachusetts state lottery winnings: $1,000.00 - 37. Income tax after credits, contributions, use tax and HC penalty: $1,692.00 The notice explains that "Total Income Tax has increased" under "Return Adjustment Reasons." I'm really confused because I definitely didn't win any lottery money last year, and that unemployment amount doesn't seem right either. The notice then says under "What should I do?" that I should: - Review the changes by comparing the adjustment(s) shown to my original return - If I agree with the adjusted amounts, no further action is required at this time - If I owe tax, they'll send a bill called a Notice of Assessment, and I may pay online at mass.gov/masstaxconnect before receiving the Notice of Assessment - If I disagree with the adjustment(s) to my original return and believe my original return was correct, I can respond online by visiting mass.gov/masstaxconnect, going to Quick Links, clicking on "Submit documentation" and entering the Letter ID from the upper right-hand corner of the notice. Then I should attach a statement explaining my position along with supporting documentation. Under "What happens if I don't respond?", the notice states: - If I don't respond, they'll assume I agree with the information in the notice - If there is a balance due, I'll receive a Notice of Assessment, and additional interest and penalty charges will accrue until the total amount owed is paid - If no tax is owed, this notice will serve as my Notice of Assessment - If I have overpaid, I'll receive a refund if my refund request was timely and no other tax is owed But I know these numbers aren't correct - I never had any lottery winnings and the unemployment amount seems wrong. Should I respond through their website like they suggest or handle this another way? What kind of documentation should I provide to dispute these incorrect adjustments?

Check your credit report too. Someone might be using your SSN for unemployment fraud. Its been happening alot lately
