I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then sends the call to your phone when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it worked for me. Have you tried updating your info online? Sometimes you can do that stuff without calling.

Man, the whole system is so broken. Why can't they just hire more people to answer the phones? We're already stressed about being unemployed, and then we gotta deal with this bs 🤦‍♂️

Have all your info ready when you do get through. They might ask for your claim number, SSN, etc. 5. If all else fails, try contacting your local state representative. They sometimes have connections to help. 6. Check if there's an online portal where you can update your info without calling. 7. Document everything. Keep a log of when you called and what happened.
