The DEO system is DELIBERATELY DESIGNED to be confusing!!!! They WANT people to give up so they don't have to pay benefits!!!!! I've been fighting with them for 3 MONTHS and still haven't received a PENNY!!!! Every time I call it's busy signals or disconnects!!! This is CRIMINAL what they're doing to FL residents!!!!!

Then I remembered my cousin works at the state and she told me that the Tallahassee CareerSource office is actually in the same building as some DEO staff! If you live near Tallahassee, that location might be able to help even faster with complex issues since they can sometimes walk paperwork directly to DEO staff.
