I just got ahold of someone and she said all I needed was a quarterly review but that needs to be done by a specialist. So she transferred me and I'm on hold again but she mentioned if my call gets dropped or I can't get through that I should call back and when I do select the option to file a new claim because the new claim people are the same as a tier 2 specialist.

My pending was due to quarterly review, if your claim is “grandfathered” like mine, this will happen every three months! So, if you started pending July 10, three months you will pend again due to another review. You’ll have to call in. On another note, after multiple calls and long wait times to speak to a river 2, 3.47 hours later my claim was pending sent to pay within minutes. It’s frustrating but worth the wait. Keep pressing 4 every 15-30 minutes so your call doesn’t drop. You all can do it!!!

Gotcha, yeah I've been pressing 4 too as I read that in another comment. I'm on a PEUC Extention tier 2 augmentation so hoping once a get ahold of a specialist it's a quick fix. Yeah, I started pending July 10 also so I have 5 weeks of pending. That's interesting about the 3 months thing hadn't heard that. It will be a moot point though as the whole program ends Sept 6 unfortunately cuz I will still have money on my claim
