When I get through to the rep I first speak with after waiting in the on the callback, can I just ask to speak with a Tier 2 rep? If so, is the wait time considerably longer? I've spoken with two general (assuming Tier 1) support staff, who both identfied same problem, and submitted request to resolve that requires seven business days to be performed. Twice, after seven business days, nothing done. When I call back, wondering if possible to speak directly with Tier 2 rep, as I now realize this could go on for months. In case anyone's curious, the issue I'm having, which apparently is more common than I realized, is that when submitted after balance is zero, they are not automatically transferred to the once it's created, and Tier 2 rep needs to do this (per Reddit post by a CA EDD Tier 2 rep

Yes, you can ask for a Tier 2 rep on the call with the Tier 1. I'd be as polite as possible, but most likely they'd honor your request since they can move you out of their faster. Per your issue: yes, when it comes to backend extensions to a with a technical problem tier 2 or technical support can help. I had a for months, took a tier 2 to fix it. Good news is that I was paid only a day later...good luck. ๐

Hir Randall! Thanks for posting in the community. It is not possible to reach a tier 2 rep without being transferred by a tier 1. Several a day do get lucky by having a tier 2 answer right away, but the majority will need to be transferred. I would recommend using a Claimyr overnight to be put in line for the morning callbacks. You may have shorter hold times at this time of day. We wish you good luck! Please let us know here what happens when you get connected! ๐
