Hi, I am going to use the Claimyr service shortly. I filed a new claim back in March but still haven't heard anything after trying over and over to call. I want to be prepared when I get through. Do I need anything specific at hand so I don't waste the opportunity when I get through?

Hi Ian, I would have my UI dashboard up on a tab if they ask for any info related to your claim (dates, payments, address on file, etc) . Outside of this, politeness and patience is the secret sauce to get them to be extra helpful. Best of luck! 🍀🤞

I would not mention you are paying for this call...many agents don't like Claimyr (their goal is to push people back into the workforce). Just be clear, concise, and polite and they'll work wonders.
