First time using claimyr, got added to the que 2hrs before they opened and got a call 15 mins after 8am. For some reason Everytime I get a new extension and I certify it gets stuck on pending and always end up having to call and get it fixed. The first lady I spoke to looked at my issue and then transferred me to a  specialist but she did tell me there was 276 people ahead of me and the wait would be approx 3hrs, the 3hrs will be up in about 30 mins but don't know why I need to talk to a specialist just to get my pending payments switched to paid

Sat on hold for a claims specialist for 4hrs and got disconnected

Sat on hold 4 hours 2 times. They both said they pushed the payment thru from pending. Id see in 2 days. 5 days later all 4 weeks still in pending. Was conditional payment a 1 time payment? No interview scheduled still

There might be something else wrong with your claim. I've never had that issue, as soon as they tell me they switched mine from pending to paid its in my account the next morning

You don’t need a specialist if you get someone who knows what they’re doing first time through. The extension issue is a known glitch that they won’t fix. I was lucky enough to get someone who put notes on my account for future first answerers to reference. All was good for about 4 certifications and then one got mad I had even told her it was there. Then they put you on eternal hold that ends in a hang up. Ive had that happen no less than 8 times. Thank you CLAIMYR for having my back all those times. 😊
