EDD Callback Scheduled Wrong Day - Need Advice ASAP!

Has anyone else had issues with their claim payment approval being scheduled for the wrong day? I just got notified that my callback was set for today instead of tomorrow morning like I requested. This is so frustrating! I really need to speak with someone about my claim and now I'm worried I might miss the call. Anyone know if there's a way to reschedule or what I should do?

Ugh, that sucks! I've had similar issues with scheduling. It's like they don't even read what we put down. Have you tried calling them back to see if you can change it?

Good luck getting through! I swear their phone system is designed to make us give up 🙄

I feel your pain! The scheduling system is a total mess. I had my callback scheduled for 2 PM and they called at 9 AM while I was in a meeting. Missed the whole thing and had to start over. It's like they're trying to make this as difficult as possible.

Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

I was skeptical at first too, but I can confirm it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration!

$20 seems steep just to make a phone call. Is it really worth it?

For me, it was totally worth it. I wasted way more time and probably money on hold before. Plus, the peace of mind was priceless.

Pro tip: Always double-check your scheduled time in the confirmation email they send. Sometimes there's a glitch in the system and it doesn't register the time you picked. If you catch it early, you might be able to fix it before it's too late.

This whole system is broken af. I've been trying to get my claim approved for MONTHS. Every time I think I'm making progress, something like this happens. Anyone else feel like were just stuck in an endless loop? 🤡

Preach! 🙌 I swear they make it complicated on purpose to discourage people from claiming benefits.

It's a total clown show 🤡 I've started treating it like a part-time job just to get what I'm owed.

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for way too long: 1. Always document EVERYTHING. Keep a log of every call, email, and interaction. 2. If possible, try to get the name and ID number of anyone you talk to. 3. Be persistent but polite. The people on the phone didn't create this mess. 4. Check your online account regularly for updates or changes. 5. If all else fails, contact your local representative's office. They can sometimes help push things through. Hope this helps someone! We're all in this frustrating boat together. 💪

Great advice! I'd add: join local Facebook groups or subreddits about unemployment in your state. Sometimes you can get insider tips or heads up about system issues.
