It’s called emergency transfers when Edd claimant needs an urgent money without Edd debit card.
Call the Bank of America edd and wait choose the solen/lost card option and request a western union transfer.
It will charge you account $15, but youget your money.
I advise you to call your western union location before picking an amount to transfers so can actually get your money. The kiosk western limits $300.
Make sure to pick up your phone after you place your transfer request call or you will have to get your transaction ID from calling bank of america again.

As far as I know, in California, emergency cash transfer will be $5,000 every 5 business days or $1,000 every day. It differs by state and may direct for a certain amount of money limits, identification and other restrictions.
You just need to call boa Edd (they are 24/7) to request you need it and pick up your cash at nearby western union location.
Call boa Edd 1-866-692-9374 to ensure a right answer (I’m not sure it may be changed) and to request an emergency cash transfer.
In some case, if you need to speak with Edd, use claimyr to save time.

i got my money remove today to my bank account with the BOA manager through text and they send my payment to my chase account all at once with little question and answer was glad with that
