EDD appeal hearing in 4 days - Where to physically drop off documents at Inland Office?

Got my EDD appeal date today but I'm totally panicking because I only have 4 days to submit all my evidence and documentation to the Appeals office! The notice says I need to get these papers to the 'Inland Office of Appeals' in Rancho Cucamonga, but when I try to find the actual physical location on Google Maps, nothing shows up - just a PO Box address. I want to hand-deliver my documents since mail might not get there in time, but I can't figure out where the building actually is. Has anyone been to this office in person? I have the phone number (909-987-2212) and fax number, but I really want to drop these off in person to make sure they're received before my hearing. This is for an appeal of my disqualification after they said I didn't report some income correctly, which is totally not true. I don't want to lose this appeal just because I couldn't find the building!

i went there last yr, its in a big office park off haven ave. near the 10 freeway. hard 2 find cuz the building doesnt say EDD on it anywhere. cant remember exact address but its definitely a real place not just a po box

You don't actually need to go there in person. I was in your same situation last month with only 5 days before my hearing. Just call that number and ask for their fax number - then fax all your documents. The fax is the OFFICIAL way they accept documents and it's documented with a timestamp. Make sure to include your case number on EVERY page you fax. BTW, when you call that number, be prepared to wait 45+ minutes. They're seriously understaffed and it's almost impossible to get through.

I've been trying that number all morning and it just disconnects me after the automated message about high call volume! That's why I'm hoping to find the physical location. The fax number is on my notice (909-481-5779) but I don't have a fax machine.

I think most UPS stores have fax services if you need to use that option instead. They charge like $1-2 per page though. Or maybe try an online fax service?

Just wanted to add - you DON'T need to physically take your documents there! I was completely paranoid about my appeal too because I was fighting an $8,900 overpayment claim. I emailed my documents to them and it worked fine. The email address should be on your appeal paperwork somewhere. Just make sure to put your case number in the subject line. If you really want to go in person though, I'm pretty sure the address is 10525 Civic Center Dr, Rancho Cucamonga. At least that's what I found when I was looking last year.

The building doesn't have EDD signage because it's the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board (CUIAB), which is technically separate from EDD. They handle all unemployment appeals. The address is indeed 10525 Civic Center Drive in Rancho Cucamonga. I was in this exact situation last December! The CUIAB office exists but they're really strict about appointments now. I drove all the way there without calling first and the security guard wouldn't even let me in the building to drop off paperwork! Have you tried using Claimyr to reach someone? I was getting the same disconnection messages when calling directly, then I found this service called Claimyr that got me through to an actual person at EDD in like 15 minutes. I used it to confirm how to submit my appeal docs and to get the exact address. Worth it to not stress about missing your deadline!

I emailed mine to the appeals.office@cuiab.ca.gov address that someone else mentioned, and then I also faxed copies through an online fax service called FaxZero (they let you send like 5 pages free). I wanted proof that I sent it both ways because I was paranoid too! The email worked fine though - they actually responded the next day confirming receipt.
