Have you checked your online account? Sometimes there's info there about payment delays or issues with your claim.

This is why the system is broken. People relying on disability cant afford these kind of delays. Its criminal how they treat us 😡

have u tried faxing them? I know it sounds old school but I got a response within 48 hrs when I faxed my issue

This happened to me last year. Turns out there was a glitch in their system that flagged a bunch of legit claims as suspicious. Took forever to sort out. Might be worth asking if there's been any system issues recently.

OMG I'm in the exact same boat!!! My payment from Nov 15 still hasnt come thru. This is so stressful 😭
