Pro tip: call right when they open. I mean EXACTLY when they open. Set an alarm, have the number ready, and start dialing at 7:59:59. Sometimes you can get through before the queue fills up.

The whole system is broken. They need to hire more people or upgrade their tech or SOMETHING. It's insane that we have to jump through so many hoops just to get what we're entitled to.
