EDD payment issues - stuck on hold forever. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my EDD payments and I'm not sure what to do. I've been trying to get through to someone on the phone for ages but keep getting stuck on hold. It's so frustrating! Has anyone else had problems with their payments recently or know how to actually talk to a real person there? Any advice would be really appreciated.

Has anyone tried reaching out to EDD on social media? Sometimes companies are more responsive there cuz it's public.
I tweeted at them once. They just sent me a link to their FAQ page. Useless. 🤦♂️

Whatever you do, DON'T miss your weekly certifications! Set a reminder on your phone or something. If you miss em, it can mess up your payments big time.

Don't feel guilty! You paid into the system while working. It's there to help people exactly in your situation. Use it and focus on finding your next opportunity!
I felt the same way at first, but then I realized it's just a temporary safety net. Nothing to be ashamed of. Hang in there!
FPL Account Locked Out - Need Help Accessing Benefits ASAP!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble accessing my Family Paid Leave account. It's locked and I can't get in. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips on how to get it unlocked quickly? I really need to access my benefits soon.

Have you tried accessing it from a different browser or clearing your cache? Sometimes that helps with weird login issues.

Have you tried faxing your documents? I know it sounds old school, but sometimes that gets faster results than uploading online. Just a thought!
