Here's what you need to do: 1. Check your online account for any pending tasks or messages. 2. Make sure all your documentation is uploaded (medical certification, etc.) 3. Verify your identity if you haven't already (they might use ID.me) 4. For wage info, they usually use your highest quarter earnings from the past 18 months. 5. Processing time can take 2-3 weeks after all docs are in. If you've done all this and still no response, definitely call them. Good luck!

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes their emails end up there. Also, make sure your direct deposit info is correct in the system.

Protip: document EVERYTHING. Every call, every letter, every email. You never know when you'll need to prove you've been trying to resolve this.
