I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Have you tried reaching out to your local representative? Sometimes they can help push things along.

Hang in there, OP! I know it's frustrating, but it'll get sorted eventually. Took me 2 months to get my claim processed last year, but I did get all the backpay.

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes their emails end up there. Happened to me and I missed an important notice 😅

This might sound weird, but try faxing them. I did that out of desperation and got a response within a week. Guess no one uses fax anymore so it stood out 😂
