Hey OP, just wondering - did you receive any kind of confirmation when you submitted your claim? Might be worth checking your spam folder too, sometimes important emails end up there.

I had a similar issue last year. Turns out there was a glitch in their system and my claim got stuck in limbo. Had to file a formal complaint to get it sorted. Might be worth looking into if you don't hear back soon.
