Sure! It took about 2.5 months total. I did have to send in some extra docs - they wanted more proof of my employment history. Once I sent that in, it moved pretty quickly.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share something that really helped me get through to someone. I found this site called claimyr.com that has a calling tool. It dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then connects you when a live agent picks up. It does cost $20, but it saved me so much time and frustration. Pro tip: If you're having trouble getting through on the phone, try calling right when they open in the morning. I've had better luck that way.
