Ugh, I'm in the same boat. Filed in June and crickets since then. The system is so broken 🤦‍♂️

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what you need to do: 1. Check your online account for any messages or requests for additional info 2. Call and ask about the status of your claim 3. Inquire if there are any missing documents 4. Ask for a specific timeline for processing 5. Get the name and ID of the rep you speak with 6. Follow up with an email summarizing the call Be persistent! Don't let them brush you off. Good luck!

have u checked ur mail? sometimes they send stuff snail mail and if u dont respond they just sit on ur claim

I hate to say it, but you might need to involve your local representative. I was stuck for months until I reached out to my assemblyman's office. They got it sorted in weeks.
