PFL claim filed 2 weeks ago, no response. Normal wait time?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. Filed mine 3 weeks ago and radio silence. This waiting game is driving me nuts! 😤

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes their emails end up there. Also, make sure you're logged into your account on the PFL website to see if there are any updates or requests for more information.

Anybody else notice that they seem to be extra slow lately? I wonder if theyre short staffed or something

Pro tip: If you can, apply for PFL before you actually need it. I applied a month before my leave started and it made things way less stressful.
