EDD hasn't processed medical docs after 3 weeks - what to do next?

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle with EDD. I called them about 3 weeks ago to check if they received my medical documents. The person I talked to said they just sent it to the right team and told me to call back in 15 days to see what's up with my claim. Now it's been more than 15 days, and I'm wondering if I should call again or what. Anyone been through something similar? What should I do next?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. Used this site called claimyr.com - it's a calling tool that dials through the phone menu, stays on hold, and then connects you when a real person picks up. Costs $20 but it worked for me. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Pretty much. They use some tech to navigate the phone tree and then wait on hold. When a real person answers, it calls your phone. Beats sitting there listening to that awful hold music for hours lol
