EDD Baby Bonding claim filed in October - still processing, no payment. Help!

Be persistent. Unfortunately, the squeaky wheel often gets the grease in these situations. 6. Make sure all your documents are in order and easily accessible for when you do get through. Hang in there, OP. The system is overwhelmed, but you'll get your benefits eventually.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

have you checked ur online account for any flags or holds? sometimes they dont send notices but theres info there
