Workers Comp Payment Timeframe - How long did it take you to get paid?
Hey everyone, I'm dealing with a workers comp issue and I'm trying to figure out the payment timeframe. Has anyone gone through this process recently? How long did it take for you to receive your payments after filing? Any tips on speeding things up would be really appreciated!

I went through this last year. It can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on your case. Make sure all your paperwork is in order and follow up regularly. Don't be afraid to be a squeaky wheel!

Does anyone know if the payment timeframe is different for partial vs total disability? My doc says I can work part-time but I'm not sure how that affects things.
