Ugh, I'm in the same boat. It's been weeks since I've seen a payment. The system is so broken, it's ridiculous. Have you tried emailing them? Sometimes that works better than calling.

Have you checked your claim status online? Sometimes there's info there about why payments are held up. Could be missing docs or smthing.

This is why we need to overhaul the entire system. It's a joke that people cant access their benefits when they need them most. We should be protesting or something!
