SDI January payment missing - submitted certification but no update from EDD. Help!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

This happened to me last year. Turns out there was a glitch in their system and a bunch of payments got delayed. It took about 2 weeks, but it eventually came through. Might be worth checking if there are any known issues right now.

Have you checked if there were any changes to the SDI program for 2023? Sometimes they implement new rules at the start of the year that can affect payments.
