SDI Document Submission Confirmation: How to Check if They Received Everything?
Hey everyone, I'm dealing with an SDI issue and I'm not sure what to do next. I submitted all my documents but I'm worried they might not have received everything. Has anyone else been in this situation? What's the best way to confirm they got all my paperwork? I'm getting anxious about the status of my claim and could really use some advice.

Ugh, I feel your pain! I went through something similar last month. Have you tried calling them? It's a pain, but sometimes that's the only way to get a straight answer.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
