SDI Document Submission Confirmation: How to Check if They Received Everything?

Hey everyone, I'm dealing with an SDI issue and I'm not sure what to do next. I submitted all my documents but I'm worried they might not have received everything. Has anyone else been in this situation? What's the best way to confirm they got all my paperwork? I'm getting anxious about the status of my claim and could really use some advice.

Ugh, I feel your pain! I went through something similar last month. Have you tried calling them? It's a pain, but sometimes that's the only way to get a straight answer.

I've been trying to call but it's impossible to get through. The hold times are insane! šŸ˜«

Pro tip: call right when they open. I got through after only 20 minutes of hold time that way!

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

Yeah, it's legit. I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

How long did it take for them to call you back?

It took about an hour and a half, but I didn't have to sit there listening to hold music the whole time. I just went about my day and got a call when an agent was ready.

Here's what I've learned from my experience with SDI: ā€¢ Always keep copies of EVERYTHING you submit ā€¢ Use certified mail if you're sending physical documents ā€¢ Follow up regularly (weekly is good) via phone or online portal ā€¢ Be persistent but polite with the agents ā€¢ Document every interaction (date, time, agent name if possible) ā€¢ If you're not getting anywhere, consider contacting your local state representative's office Hope this helps! Hang in there, the system is frustrating but you'll get through it.

Thank you so much for this detailed advice! I'll definitely start keeping better records of my interactions.

SDI is such a joke rn. I've been waiting 3 months for them to process my claim. The whole system needs an overhaul šŸ¤”

Preach! šŸ™Œ It's like they're stuck in the stone age or smthn

3 months? Amateur hour. Try 6 months and counting šŸ˜

Anyone else notice that they seem to be processing claims faster if you submit everything online? My friend who mailed stuff in is still waiting, but I did everything through the portal and got approved in 3 weeks.

Hot take: what if we all showed up at the SDI office with lawn chairs and just camped out until they process our claims? Who's with me? šŸ˜‚
