Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Ugh, I feel your pain. I waited 6 weeks for mine to process. The system is so backed up right now, its ridiculous. Have you tried calling them? Sometimes that can help move things along.
Calling can be helpful, but just be prepared for long wait times. It's best to call at off-peak hours.

Hey, has anyone heard about the new bill they're trying to pass to improve the EDD system? Supposedly it'll make things faster, but idk if I believe it.

•Sadly, no app. But I've had decent luck using the Chrome browser on my phone and requesting the desktop site. It's not perfect, but it works in a pinch.
