If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

I heard they're updating the system soon. Maybe wait a few days and see if it fixes itself?

That might be a good move. Sometimes updates can cause temporary hiccups that resolve on their own.

Has anyone else noticed that their website is down like every other day? How are we supposed to certify if we can't even log in? πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

Pro tip: try certifying late at night or early morning. Less traffic on the site.

The downtime is ridiculous. It's like they don't even care about the user experience.

Welcome to the club, buddy. I've been in the same boat for weeks now. The system is completely broken. Good luck getting anyone on the phone - it's like trying to win the lottery 🎰

It's crazy how bad the system is. I hope they fix it soon before more people are left hanging.

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. Sent my paperwork in over a month ago and crickets. The waiting game is killing me 😫

It's frustrating, right? You could try to follow up with them. Sometimes a gentle nudge helps.

I had this issue too. Turns out they never got my fax πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ I'd recommend calling to check if they received it. Better safe than sorry!

I waited about 3 weeks. But honestly, I wish I'd called sooner. The earlier you catch any issues, the better!

That's a good point. It's surprising how often things get lost in the shuffle.

Has anyone tried contacting their local representative about these issues? I've heard sometimes they can help push things through.

Here's what you need to know about disability insurance payments: 1. Eligibility: Make sure you meet all the requirements. This includes having a qualifying disability and having paid into State Disability Insurance (SDI) through your paychecks. 2. Documentation: Have all your medical docs ready. They'll want proof from your doctor about your condition. 3. Timeline: Payments usually start within 14 days of your claim being approved, but it can take longer if there are issues with your application. 4. Amount: The benefit amount is about 60-70% of your wages earned 5 to 18 months before your claim start date. 5. Duration: You can receive benefits for up to 52 weeks, depending on your condition. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Pro tip: Always keep copies of EVERYTHING you send to EDD. You never know when you might need to prove you sent something.

Returning to work early might affect your benefits. You should definitely call EDD and let them know about the change in your return-to-work date. Better to be upfront than risk an overpayment issue later.

I second this. ALWAYS report changes asap. EDD doesn't mess around with overpayments

It might also be helpful to have your case ID or claim number handy when you call. It could speed things up.
