When is the CalWORKs emergency deposit coming in April 2025? Heard it's the 17th

I called my worker yesterday about something else and asked about this. There's NO emergency deposit scheduled for April 17th. What might be happening is that the regular CalWORKs payment for May is coming on April 30th (it's always the last day of the month for the following month). But I haven't heard anything about emergency money. Where did your cousin hear this from?

If you have a PG&E shutoff notice, you should apply for LIHEAP through your local community action agency right away.
