CalWORKs EBT card not working at ATMs - can't access Cash Aid for April rent

same thing happnd to me!! i tryd 2 diffrent atms and both said 'unable to process' or something. i thought it was just MY card

This happened last month too. There might be a system-wide issue with the EBT processing network. my worker told me they had a system update this weekend thats why some payments are delayed. but if its showing issued on ur account they should fix it by tomorrow. i had this happen before and i told my landlord and showed him the benefitscal screen showing my payment and he gave me 2 extra days. maybe try that?

This is exactly why I HATE the EBT card system! They can glitch it whenever they want and we can't do anything! I bet if it was their rent money they'd fix it in 5 minutes!
